Hi Mike. Do you mind to take a look at this tiny CL? 

Wallpaper picker crashes because it is expecting string from an API call. But
now we also have a boolean value that is need to pass to wallpaper picker. So I
changed the expected type from "string" to "any" just like
file_browser_private.json did
here(https://code.google.com/p/chromium/codesearch/#chromium/src/chrome/common/extensions/api/file_browser_private.json&l=388).
