Hi Shu and Sadrul.

Do you mind to take a look at this CL?
We never had FLOATING mode enabled before showing any virtual keyboard. So this
wasn't a problem before. Now we may use FLOATING vk on 15+ inches devices when
VK first show up. So we need this fix.
