bindings: Retires ScriptWrappable::init, etc.

bindings: Retires ScriptWrappable::init, etc.

Retires ScriptWrappable::init and renames m_wrapperOrTypeInfo to m_wrapper
because we no longer need WrapperTypeInfo in m_wrapperOrTypeInfo.
Removes related code, too.
