Title of editor should reflect missing information, or a more generic

There is IDS_AUTOFILL_EDIT_PROFILE and ADD_PROFILE but now that I think of it, I
would prefer all Payments strings to be centralized here (right now it's kind of
half/half. I've made a cleanup pass and found some dupe strings in the process.
