Can you please take a look? This is a pretty mechanic CL.

FWIW, this is a part of a bigger change. I spun off a bunch of smaller CLs which
are getting reviewed separately. This CL covers the leftover files, which are
scattered across (IMHO) too many areas to deserve separate CLs.
