Remove 'blink::WebSerializedOrigin' (5/7)

Remove 'blink::WebSerializedOrigin' (5/7)

As part of the plan to rationalize Origins across Blink and its embedder,
we're dropping 'blink::WebSerializedOrigin' in favor of
'blink::WebSecurityOrigin' (which can serialize itself just fine).
