VR: Rename ContentRectangle to UiElement

UiElements show arbitrary textures now, not just content. Generalize the
naming to avoid confusion.

that UiElement doesn't sit under WorldRectangle.

I'll make a bug for this.  It's a good plan, but it'll take a decent chunk of
refactoring to do properly I think.
