app_shell: Remove some NOTIMPLEMENTED from ShellNativeAppWindow

app_shell: Remove some NOTIMPLEMENTED from ShellNativeAppWindow

For these functions the default no-op behavior is fine, so remove the calls
to NOTIMPLEMENTED to reduce log spam.
