Hi lpz,
Could you take a look at this tiny CL?  No logic change, simply rename
"LowReputationpinging" feature as "PasswordFieldOnFocusPinging".

I'll upate "MaybeStartLowReputationRequest()" function name in my next CL to
simplify the review process (since it is called by password_manager code).
