mus: Remove aura version of WindowCompositorFrameSink.

mus: Remove aura version of WindowCompositorFrameSink.

The two versions of WindowCompositorFrameSink, in aura-mus, and in the
old client-lib, are identical. Remove the version in aura-mus, and retain
the one from the old client-lib. This allows its use from chrome-renderer
without pulling in the rest of aura.

Instead of keeping the older version of WindowCompositorFrameSink (so that
chrome-renderer can use it without pulling in rest of aura), we could put this
into its own separate group/component (e.g. services/ui/public/cpp/surfaces/,
similar to services/ui/public/cpp/gpu/.) But it would be just this (and a
follow-up CL will actually simplify this farther). So I decided against making
it a separate tiny component. But I can be convinced that's actually a good
idea. WDYT?
