Remove unused editing related member functions from WebViewClient

This patch removes unused member functions from WebClientView:
 - shouldApplyStyle
 - shouldChangeSelectedRange
 - shouldDeleteRange
 - shouldBeginEditing
 - shouldEndEditing
 - shouldInsertNode
 - shouldInsertText
 - didBeginEditing
 - didEndEditing

Changes in test expectation texts are updated by machinery, find+xargs+sed.

TEST=n/a; no behavior changes, existing tests cover this patch

Probably you had "failed to upload base files" for "git cl upload". I can't add
any comments to Patch Set 1.

- We can omit some local variables.
- Maybe we can remove editing/EditorInsertAction.h (separated CL)

Uploading this patch was taken 30+ minutes. I tried a few times.
This one covers most of CPP/H files on trials...
