Added features to BlimpClientContext and BlimpContents

Added features to BlimpClientContext and BlimpContents

This CL instantiates ImeFeature and NavigationFeature inside
BlimpClientContext. BlimpClientContext owns these features and passes
raw pointers to BlimpContents during construction.
