This change should take care of other failures that the previous iteration
didn't, such as
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.win/builders/Win7%20Tests%20(dbg)(1)/bu...
which would also incorrectly classify flaky failures as unclassified. PTAL when
you have the chance, and I will deploy a new version of Findit as soon as this
change is landed
