Fix trailing whitespace in .cpp, .h, and .idl files (ex. Source/core)

Done via script:
grep \
    --include='*.cpp' --include='*.h' --include='*.idl' \
    --exclude-dir='Source/core' \
    -r -l -E '\s+$' * |\
    xargs \
    sed -i -E -e 's/\s+$//'

I doubt he would be able to upload if he had patched core/ into this
CL as well. Hopefully that was splitted out and we address in smaller
self contained patches.

I'd prefer if the rest of this work were done as one big patch over the whole
codebase. You don't need to upload this. Just git svn dcommit it, TBR=ojan.
