Remove Mac Cocoa fullscreen prompt.

This was no longer used (in favour of the Views fullscreen prompt).
Removes ExclusiveAccessBubble.xib, along with classes
ExclusiveAccessBubbleView and ExclusiveAccessBubbleWindowController.
