Is it OK to have media depending on ui/gl?
It seems like media was already depending on /gpu/command_buffer, so it
shouldn't be a problem adding gles2_interface.

Both video/gpu_memory_buffer_video_frame_pool.cc and
renderers/skcanvas_video_renderer.cc are in media component. We'd need to crate
media/video and media/renderers compoments first if we want to do what you're
suggesting.

Oh we don't already have media/video and media/renderer build.gn files. We
should, but that's a different change, this lgtm assuming deps are happy.
