Ilya, please review histograms.xml.

Mike, please review the CL. Please note that we have not reported
UIDismissalReason on iOS so far (unlike we did on desktop), this CL first
switches to it. To me it does not look concerning, but since we waited on
desktop to have both metrics in parallel in stable, I'm flagging it.
