Disable OmniboxViewTest.Escape for all AURA since it is also broken for Linux dbg bulids.

The test must be faulty, as I was able to confirm the browser exhibits
the correct behavior in the same checkout/build on my desktop.

Disabling test.  Not sure why this is broken on my desktop and not the tree. 
Perhaps because the tree is not running interactive_ui_tests on debug builds for
Linux?

this one passed consistently on my Linux desktop.
I'm nervous that it's failing now.  Are you sure disabling it is the answer?

There must be something significantly different about my environment compared to
the build bots.  Maybe faster/slower machine, version of Ubuntu, ...?

Something that might help: I was doing UI work at the time (focus issues w.r.t.
fullscreen mode).  I first saw this error on the linux trybot for something I
was trying out (patchset 6:
https://codereview.chromium.org/651063003/#ps100001).  When I ran the test on my
desktop, I got the same error.  So, I then checked out ToT and rebuilt and
re-ran the test and still got the error.  Which implies it was already a problem
before my changes (though the trybot run does not agree).

Then, to be doubly sure, I `rm -rf out/Debug` and rebuilt from a clean ToT
checkout (c9f03f14314280243387ab3ae5e9d39302ac4fd8).  The test still failed 100%
of the time.  Weird thing is that manually testing the browser myself showed
everything worked fine.

I have a few minutes left today.  Let me check and see if I can figure out the
root cause.  This smells like a race condition in the test.  I'll follow-up.
