Make the "bookmark all tabs" sheet outline view scroll horizontally.

Make the "bookmark all tabs" sheet outline view scroll horizontally.

This is already how the bookmark editor sheet behaves. The xib changes:
- Turn off "headers".
- Set the column autoresizing style to "last column only".
