[recipe_engine] Set presentation.status before OutputPlaceholder.result.

[recipe_engine] Set presentation.status before OutputPlaceholder.result.

This allows OutputPlaceholder.result to switch behavior based on the
result's status (i.e. add debugging information when the step fails, but
be silent otherwise).
