changes the suggestion view url color in incognito mode too, which should not be
changed. It seems to me suggestion view currently does not support separating
colors between standard mode and incognito mode. I reverted the color back to
the original and will update the color when I start bug 723040. Sorry for the
inconvenience, and please take a look! Thanks!
