Hi Mike, I just had a chat with Dominic where we decided it would be useful to
know how widespread the now deprecated usage of only providing 'unmediated' is.
While providing only 'mediation', 'mediation' and 'unmediated' or none of them
is fine, just providing 'unmediated' should be avoided. This counter will help
estimating how common this usage is.
