Clamp RunInfo::num_characters when shaping ranges with context

Clamp RunInfo::num_characters when shaping ranges with context

HarfBuzzShaper::ShapeSegment clamps ShapeResult::num_characters but
RunInfo::num_characters was not clamped.

This patch applies the same clamping to RunInfo::num_characters.
