Requiring Get prefix for 5 more methods (to avoid conflicts after Blink rename).

This CL adds a few more methods that cause name collisions when Blink
is rewritten to match Chromium style:
- accumulatorMap
- eventTargetDataMap
- heapObjectSet
- qualifiedNameCache
- selectorTextCache

pointed out in his email (except Checkpoint which will be tackled differently in
a separate CL + except Document which surprisingly is already present on the
list).

Not really.  I plan to look closer after flushing out all the known/easy issues
first (i.e. after flushing them I'll run the rewriter tool and look at the fall
out / failures).
