Add VisibleUnits::endfWordPosition

Add VisibleUnits::endfWordPosition

This is Position version of |endOfWord| which returns VisiblePosition.
Since returned Position should be already canonicalized with |nextBoundary()|,
 we can replace them.

TEST=No change in behavior.
