Revert of TestCompositorFrameSink should use CompositorFrameSinkSupport

Revert of TestCompositorFrameSink should use CompositorFrameSinkSupport (patchset #5 id:80001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/2724383002/ )

Reason for revert:
TextureLayerMailboxIsActivatedDuringCommit.RunMultiThread_DelegatingRenderer failing (I think flakily)
