A revert of this CL (patchset #3 id:40001) has been created in https://codereview.chromium.org/2725163003/ by dtapuska@chromium.org. The reason for reverting is: We are holding back rAF aligned input right now because of perf bot regression with the passthrough touch event queue. And we don't want to ship rAF alignment without that.. |
