Yep! Gerrit for Chromium is "silently enabled but not default" this week, just
did an import of csswg-test using Gerrit
(https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/446738/), and have started a
web-platform-tests import: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/446725/.

(You can also try it out for your CLs now by passing --gerrit to git cl.)
