The test coverage is actually be pretty good (see
https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.v8/builders/v8_linux_blink_rel/builds/...),
but is only triggered once used in v8 and apparently I didn't execute the tests
after my last round of addressing comments.

Landing the fixes immediately to make progress with the profiler.
