Removed ComputedStyle::inheritUnicodeBidiFrom

Removed ComputedStyle::inheritUnicodeBidiFrom

Removed ComputedStyle::inheritUnicodeBidiFrom, which only had one
callsite in ComputedStyle.cpp, and replaced the callsite with the
method's implementation.
