data files.

Please rebase, re-run generate_buildbot_json.py, and make sure the
chromium.gpu.json and chromium.gpu.fyi.json files don't have modifications
before you CQ this. https://codereview.chromium.org/2618983004 just landed and
there might be collisions which the CQ might handle incorrectly. (The JSON files
are highly repetitive and slightly-off diffs are sometimes incorrectly applied
instead of being rejected.) Thanks.
