Another round of removing technical debt. 

Eventually, the goal of all this is to move WrapperMarkingData and the marking
deque logic (which is all not related to v8) to platform/ so that we can (a)
avoid some virtual calls (b) save space on the marking deque by avoiding the
callbacks and (c) have the type available in WrapperMarkingData so that we can
produce a better error message in the verifier (which would simplify hunting
down bugs like 678016).
