DevTools: kill Bindings.NetworkMapping

This patch kills Bindings.NetworkMapping class. Two of its methods
were moved under the NetworkProject (since there's no better place for now):
- uiSourceCodeForScriptURL
- uiSourceCodeForStyleURL
