Hello,

Another freakin' huge code review.

There's almost no code changes. I added net.HttpResponse.get_fake_response and
related changes to deduplicate some code in tests.

My next steps related to net.utils module:
1. Some lower-scale refactoring to hide away urllib2 classes and detach tests
from urllib2.
2. Replace 'urllib2' with 'requests' \m/
3. Starting getting rid of url_open in favor of object-oriented wrappers around
isolate and swarming servers. I'll start with SwarmingService.
