PTAL. I'm not certain this is the right fix, but given the expansion of
STACK_ALLOCATED's goal beyond stack-allocated objects holding GC members, this
seems like one possible solution.

(Tested locally: blink_gc_plugin tests pass, and Chrome builds.)
