Remove Ununsed Input Variable from ScrollAnimator NotifyPosChange

Remove Ununsed Input Variable from ScrollAnimator NotifyPosChange

NotifyPositionChange pass on stored m_currentPos, and didn't use its
input variable. Removing its input variable from signature to reflect
this.
