Move SVGTextMetricsCalculator to LayoutSVGInlineText.cpp

Move SVGTextMetricsCalculator to LayoutSVGInlineText.cpp

Mostly plain code move, with some fixups in the (now folded)
updateMetricsList method. Also removes the non-const getter for the
metrics list.
