bluetooth: mac: Fix incorrect use of AdvertisementData dictionary strings.

String values of the advertisementData dictionary key names [1] were used
incorrectly instead of their values.

Usually these constants contain a value identical to their name, but in this
case the values are kCBAdvDataIsConnectable / kCBAdvDataServiceData /
kCBAdvDataLocalName / kCBAdvDataServiceUUIDs so it does make a difference here.
