Third time's the charm, right? I pulled in all the relevant looking try bots I
could find. But android_clang_dbg_recipe was already in the default set, so I
really don't know what's going.

(This is identical to the last go, so I'll probably TBR it in the morning if you
haven't stamped it yet, but I'm not going to try to land this until tomorrow
anyway, so *shrug*.)
