Fix Safari "multitest" failure.

So the current system of selenium testing uses a combination of both WebDriver
(the new selenium version) and the original Selenium. Turns out the original
Selenium inexplicably swallows anything after a hash in your URL (?!?), so when
we thought we running just a portion of the "multi"-tests, we were actually
always running all of them.

This CL switches to passing the test group filtering info in the "search" part
of the URL instead of the "hash" part.

I'd prefer something like:
for (var getParameter in window.location.search.split('&')) {
  if (getParameter.startswith('group=')) {
    testGroupName = getParameter.split('=')[1];
  }
}

As far as I can see, your code does not support
"http://host/path?group=myGroup", since you search for '&group=' and not
'?group=' !
