If you're doing this, you can use any try bot.  You only need to use the
linux_site_isolation try bot to run normal tests in --site-per-process mode.

I've extracted the test to another CL:

I'll submit that one disabled in site_isolation bot and once
that lands I'll just enable the test in this CL.
