Usually I use drover.  Is that still the way to merge back?

Or I have to do it manually, I use gcl, and commit manually.

drover's obsolete and the new version isn't ready yet. Here are the instructions
for doing merges:

I don't think the CQ works for branches. Not sure though. I'd ask someone from
the infrastructure team.
