Remove unused transparency display items.

Remove unused transparency display items.

With the brand new Compositing display items, we no longer need these
transparency methods. This patch depends on a blink-side patch:

I believe this is the only caller of cc::TransparencyDisplayItem::Create, so
cc/resources/transparency_display_item.{h, cc} can be deleted altogether now.
Feel free to either do that here, or I can take care of it in a follow-up.
