I think I have to check the commit box to add the patchset to the CQ. If you
think this is ready for commit and doesn't need a tryserver run (I didn't run
tests, but it worked as expected on my PC), I'll do that.

I don't think you have access to the CQ Checkbox, but I can check it for you on
one condition.

Add a TEST= section under BUG= and describe how you manually tested it. :)

Okay, I added test instructions.

http://www.chromium.org/developers/testing/commit-queue says "Yes, non-Chromium
committers are allowed to use the commit queue but cannot LGTM a change". I am
seeing the box but haven't used it before, so I'm not sure...
