Hey Lei, 

I'm just adding a little not to LAZY_STREAM docs to mandate that the condition
is only evaluated once. This is already true of current implementation - comment
is just meant to see that it stays that way :).

In a separate CL, I build upon LAZY_STREAM in the media/ folder, and my usage
depends on single evaluation of the "condition" expression.

Are you just trying to say for every use of LAZY_STREAM(stream, condition),
|condition| is evalueated once and only once?
