Disable two PagedArrayTests that fail under AddressSanitizer on Windows

This should make courgette_unittests green in this configuration.

Can you reword this comment a little? It confused me the first time through.

Maybe:

AddressSanitizer on Windows adds additional memory overhead, which causes these
tests to go OOM and fail.
