Disable IndexedDBBrowserTest.ConnectionsClosedOnTabClose for Android ASAN.

This test is taking too long to run on the bot and preventing other
tests to be run.

The bot in question hasn't been able to go past content_browsertests in months
because this test is taking more than one hour to run, causing the bot to kill
the job and abort.
