I debated putting the implementations of new and delete and the TLS machinery in
a cpp file.  The whole thing is so short though, so its your call.

Also, we could share this implementation by making Gr*Data a second baseclass of
GrProcessor.

Feedback incorporated.  I still kind of like the base class idea because I think
it cleans up GrProcessor a bit, but this way works too.
