Remove old Xservers.

Remove old Xservers.

We shouldn't need those any more.

TEST=Check that chrome OS builds, run it, look at /var/log/Xorg.0.log and check that xserver 1.9 or better is used.

Can we delete them? They are available in git if we want them back.

Rietveld is showing it as modified for some reason. LGTM as long as all the
files on CL are actually deletes.

LGTM as long as you update the BUG= and TEST= fields.

Will be good to get rid of them all from disk to catch any builds that might
accidentally be using 1.9.3.
