ASSERT that characterIndexForXPosition has a GlyphToCharacter vector

ASSERT that the m_glyphToCharacterIndexes vector is available in the
characterIndexForXPosition method.

We only really have two people that knows this code, Dominik in Finland (won't
be online until monday) and myself. Makes finding reviewers tricky.
